I’m trying to make a frankenmesh of 2 other cc hairs, and it looks perfectly fine in S4S and Blender: But whenever I try to open it in-game, it looks like this: I tried doing a weight transfer and cloning it from several different meshes, but none of them worked. At most it made it stay a bit closer to the correct spot, but still very distorted. I have no clue what the issue could be. I would send the .blend file but I’m not sure if it would violate the original creator’s TOU.

Hi. You can send the blend and the package files to me through a private message ( go to my profile, there's "send message in the top right corner").

Basically the hair is affected by the vertex group from the finger area. The mesh must have not had any geometry nearby to take data from it or something odd happened In the last 3 threads by this person it is shown how to weight paint hair manually. It is best to not transfer weights to hair from body parts or other hair because it might get too many unnecessary ones and you will have to delete them and smooth them afterward.
You can try transferring it from other hair like yfHair_LongWavy
