When I import a diffuse file it rewrites all other swatches

I was trying to recolour one cc. It went fine, I saved it and installed it to my game but there it showed the red-white question mark colour. I put the .package back into S4S and when I opened it diffuse files of all watches were gone. I tried to import them back but as I did that and clicked on another swatch the diffuse imported to the previous swatch appeared there. And when I clicked on an even earlier swatch the lastly imported diffuse appeared there too.

I don't know what's going on. I recoloured the same CCs but for kids and toddlers and they work fine.
