Is there a tutorial out there anywhere that shows how to convert adult CAS into Child/Toddler?

Hi. You need to specify what you are trying to convert. If it's hair or accessories, google " the sims 4 convert hair fro, adult to child", you will find videos and written tutorials. If it's clothing, then it's more complicated

Watch any mesh editing tutorial, there they will show how to edit the shape of the garment in Edit mode. Keep in mind that you might have to re-do textures as well
