Hi, Is it okay for the clothes to come over the body when editing the uv map? Because although I did delete body part, there was not much space left because of the model of the garment. And the inside of the hood is not visible. How can I fix this? The hood is not attached.

Hi. Share the blend file please
The garment’s texture will be projected on the body Not sure if I understood you about the hood but try flipping normals (select the area, mesh - normals - flip normals)

in the bottom right corner of your first screenshot, there is a feature called backface culling. When you export the blend from s4s, it is always enabled, so my guess it that you imported your garment in a new blend file right after opening blender. Don't do it like this. Anyway, enable that feature and you will see the problem in blender

The thickness should be added at the very beggining but it's ok to add it now. In edit mode select a few faces on the hood, press Ctrl L to select the whole hood. P - selection to separate. Select the separated hood, Select - select boundary loops, mark as seam. Add Solidify modifier, set the thickness to 0.002, apply. Select the added geometry, unwrap. Join both meshes
