Hi, i made a new mesh(earrings) and now try to make a specular map for it, but tere is NO effect.
I read some tutorials and struggle to do it, but no success :( Maybe i missed out something obvious?
And here is, how it looks like(that pink color is from diffuse):

Hi. s4s does not use the same rendering engine as the game, it cannot recreate how exactly the cube map will be reflected. You can only preview the diffuse map in s4s You need to check this in CAS on higher/highest graphics settings

You can only preview the diffuse map in s4s You need to check this in CAS on higher/highest graphics settings I did, but it is not working too. I even tried just export ea-specular map from base game and change it then reimport. Still no effect neither in CAS nor S4S.. Tried this tutorial and some others.
Should i save the .dds with all the channels visible or hide alpha? Should i choose DXT 5 interpolated alpha and generate MIP maps? Should i choose "load using default sizes" when i open the .dds in Photoshop?

According to this post i put a white(after saving and reimport it looked like on screenshot below) circle on the alpha channel and it worked, but...effect was visible ONLY on the whole face and NOT on earrings... How can i fix it?

The point of putting a small dot in the corner in the alpha channel was to make sure the file is not seen as empty. You already have color information in the alpha channel, so there is no point in doing it. I checked the item in my game and it has the shine. It is a very, like, uniform shine. Clone any accessory with the type of shine that you want and use the colors from its specular's rbg and alpha channels
Also, for the future, please always share the initial item you experience the problem with, not some random item where you recreated the issue. You can delete those links later.

It's working now. I just had to set other % values for rgb channels and test it in CAS and not in S4S. Unfortunately there is another problem. Why does the mesh have right position in Blender and in S4S, but is shifed in the game? Thats how it looks like in Blender And thats in the game
