Why do the texture looks like that when i import normal map to .paackage? Most of the places marked in the picture are seams which are invisible in Blender if i set color space for nomal map as non-color.
Can You, please explain how can i fix this?

Hi. As I mentioned previously, always share the package. Many things can lead to the same result.
Either way, make sure your normal map is of the right size. Clone the earring again and study the normal map

Clone the earring again and study the normal map I made the normal map according to this tutorial and it looks much better in game now, but problem still persists in some places..

Read the tutorial until the end, it must be adapted to ts4
Also, you should really re-unwrap your mesh properly, make proper uv_1 and vertex paint the mesh, it will not morph at all
