Can't seem to get S4S path to set for posing with CAS CC

I'm trying to create sim poses based around Cas CC accessories, I can't seem to get them to show up in S4S so I tried changing the path to \Sims 4\Mods but it still doesn't show. After closing S4S and reopening, I see that the path is set back to \Sims 4 default path again. I can't get it to stay as \Sims 4\Mods and I can't get the accessories to show up.
