Hello, this is my first time making/converting CCs, I followed this Hair CC Tutorial on youtube, except that I used a converted Sims 3 mesh/Geom to use as my Hair mesh. I transferred the weight of the main mesh to my hair mesh as what the video did. I use Blender 2.76b my Mesh's weight paint
But my hair somehow ended up not attaching to the head and its just there floating I've tried searching in the internet and its related to assigning weights, but didn't I just already did that? Photo of my problem. (Hair floating)
Can someone give my a step by step guide on how do I fix this? im sorry im slow

Hi. Please do not hijack other people's threads related to different issues, I cannot reply to 67767667 threads at the same time. You do not need to transfer weights, just assign the hair to the head bone like this ( ignore the second half of the image ) -delete all vertex groups; - click on + to create a new vertex group, name it b__Head__, select all of the mesh with A, assign it to this vertex group;
