So I tried creating CC alpha, ive got everything working but the only problem is that the Hair is see through. I tried disabling the transparency in Blender but it still shows up as See through. I tried separating each strands and combine then in order from top to bottom, but somehow it still the same :\ what did I do wrong? Screenshot 1Screenshot 2

Hi. How mesh is rendered in Blender does not translate into how it will be rendered in ts4. Layering hair in Blender does not work for some reason (at least for me, I've tried doing it in every way possible). What works is doing it in Milkshape. Read this post first, then the linked tutorial. You can split the hair in layers in Blender. There is no need to split each strand or each side of the strand. Just do it in sections ( like, 1_l(ayer)_b(back), 1_l_f(ront), 2_l_b, etc)

First of all, you have to assign your mesh to a material, and make sure “Draw backfaces” and “Transparency>Depth Buffered with Alpha Reference” are activated." For sims4 you should do this: "It’s very easy. First of all, you have to assign your mesh to a material, and make sure “Draw backfaces” is turned off and “Transparency>simple”| do I have to do this step in Milkshape? or in Blender then export it to Milkshape? sorry im pretty inexperienced in Milkshape

ok nvm I found the "draw backfaces" and Transperency option in Milkshape, I already separated some layers in Blender, but when i import my obj in Milkshape, it only has 1 group. and it doesn't show the texture but only the blocky mesh. im pretty inexperienced with milkshape screenshot

Sorry, forgot to tell how to make it import in multiple meshes. With all meshgroups selected, export them with Selection only and Objects as OBJ groups. You can also assign a material in Blender, it should appear in Milkshape as well. If it won't, just re-upload the image

After assigning material on both groups, the image wont show up. I tried it both with .dds and .png, it still the same blank mesh. imgur.com/Njg0EMb

Where do I find that? I tried refreshing texture but it just messed up the whole mesh's texture and in Preference there is only Filter textures which is ticked check

Look at the picture I shared. When you right-click in the window, you are offered various shading options. Choose Textured.

I spent over 2 hours tweaking orders, tried doing only 3 separate groups to 5 separate groups until every strands lol. and now im really confused on how this work, the tutorial images seems different maybe its because its sims 3? but when I try to change the order of the mesh, lets say bringing the bang's order to the bottom. it overlaps EVERYTHING, when I go to the back view of the hair, the bangs is in plain view from every direction. please see screenshot

Well, that's just how it is. You have to jump over hoops to find the right order. Alternatively, you could make some areas of the mesh simskin, other simglass, but imo this is not easier or faster.
