Problem converting from s3 to s4 on Mac

I found a tutorial on how to convert TS3 objects for TS4 and the first step is to extract the object textures and meshes from TSR Workshop, which is only for PC. Is there another way to do this? Or could somebody with a PC extract this for me so I can continue the process on Sims 4 Studio please?
