I'm guessing if I copy everything here from the gem (on the right) to my CAS item (on the left) it'll do this, but is that accurate?
I've already tried simply changing the shader of the CAS item to a few things but most don't really change anything or make the item invisible. I want it to be shiny, but not with the ugly spotty specular map that you normally get, because the item is large enough for it to look bad. I want it to look reflective on each surface, like a gemstone does, or look like glass.
Also, I found a post from 2015 claiming that previewing this sort of thing right in S4S was planned. Is that still planned?
