Hi again, I'm sorry for the thousandth post. I cannot seem to get my mesh right with the LODs. There are ALWAYS hole :( I have followed every tutorial and it just isn't working. Please could you take a look at it and let me know what is happening. I removed the dooubles then desimated it. The lower I decimate, the more holes. Even if I didn't remove doubles I still had the same result. I am so sure I have done everything right. There must be one thing wrong that is an easy fix that I am missing Here is the file: file.io/gP2HIrXSXKWLThanks!

Hi. Please always provide a picture of the problem and the file right away. When you decimated your skirt the first time, it ruined topology in a way that the border vertices along edges where the mesh is split no longer matched. So now when you remove doubles these gaps are simply not being closed because the vertices do not match. The "holes" that appear after you remove doubles? Those are flipped normals. They appear in places where inner geometry was close to the outer geometry, so when you removed doubles, the vertices were merged and normals were flipped. To prevent it ( well, for one, you should not have inner geometry there), remove doubles on the outer and inner layers separately There are more problems 1). Why are your uvs so small? You must delete the area of the legs the uvs cover and put yours there. More free space = bigger uvs = better textures; 2). There is no point in inner geometry in spaces where it is not visible; 3). Skirts must be vertex painted with two colors Vertex paint dictates what variation (skin-tight and robe-like) of deformation maps the painted area will deform according to in CAS during body customization and animation. 00FF00 is for skint-tight areas, 3FFF00 is for any skirt-like area ( skirts, bottom parts of dresses, coats, aprons, etc). Start by choosing 00FF00 and Paint - Set vertex color 1). Disable Limit selection to visible; 2). Holding Ctrl, lasso-select the bottom part of the mesh starting somewhere in the middle of the pelvic bone; 3). Enable sync; 4). Press B and deselect legs; 5). Switch to Vertex paint and enable Face selection masking for painting; 6). Type in 3FFF00; 7). Paint - Set vertex colors; 8). Press A twice to deselect and select everything again, Paint - Smooth vertex colors 4). It is best if you remove skirt bones entirely Model in quads in MD, do not lower Particle distance too much, export as Weld

You are my actual hero <3 Let's see where this goes The UVs are small unintentionally. If I cut too much of the UVs off where the skirt is then when she sits down she has no legs because the dress flares
