What causing this? The (unfinished) texture looks fine in 3D Studio Max, Blender and S4S but in-game it looks off, like it has a different resolution or aspect ratio. (Clarification: The bedding seems 'shorter', like the UV maps aren't correct, ignore the bedframe) I've seen this with multiple creations but I can't figure out what going wrong.

Hi. Share the package please. Did you edit the normal map?

Seems like there will be some changes with the upcoming patch, I guess I'll wait till after that. But if anyone has a clue I would love to hear it, I've had this problem before as well so I'm all ears.

Try replacing the specular and bump maps with empty ones. This should fix the problem.

I have checked your UV Map. It seems some part of UV is out of map. Check it in Blender.

This is how your model looks in Blender. Not good, right? Part 1.First, the fence is not well modeled. There are many unnecessary faces in the place where the pommels are attached to the frame. Therefore, artifacts appear. Second, if you want to have a sharp edge between the faces you need to split them. 01. All vertexes are merged. 02. Each face has its own copy of the edge. 03. The top and bottom of the cylinder are split. On the left — before, on the right — after Edge Split. So, after you remodel the fence and split the edges your model will look like this. Part 2. Why does the in-game texture have the wrong aspect ratio? If you go to Edit Items, you can see that your model has incorrect UVScales values. Because of this setting, your texture looked wrong in the game. On the left is your package, on the right is the new one. The UVScales value changes to incorrect when you import your mesh in S4S. And it changes because your UV map is outside the boundaries of one tile. For UV_0 move the islands in the upper right corner to the inside of the image borders. Delete UV_1 (S4S will create a copy). Part 3.The normal and specular maps you are currently using are not working correctly. Your maps make the object look too light/dark in the game. You can take these maps here or here (it’s my zip that I uploaded for my tutorial; inside you’ll find emptybump.dds and emptyspecular.dds). After all the changes your item will look like this in the game. I hope I haven't forgotten anything and answered all your questions.

I'm aware of part 1 and 3, Those are just not implemented in the project yet (it's still in an early stage). However I'm confused about part 2. UV_0 is indeed my UVmap (that mess in the upper right corner are double UVs which will be sorted out later). But what the heck is UV_1? Is this autogenerated by Blender? How do I remove this? My Blender knowlege is pretty limited, I make all my stuff in 3DSM and just import it all to blender at the end.
