sorry, im not sure if it's right posting here. i have been struggling with trying to get right UV unwraping to show texture probably for this piece, i tried many toturials and different methods but i cant get it right at all and maybe i did mesh in wrong way or something else not UV fault, i'm really slow with blender and not even sure what i should search for to find toturials it should show rope texture all over the piece as repeated pattern to create rope belt but as you see it doesnt show or comes wrong, i tried other ways but they didnt repeate the texture probably

Hi. You need to put uv island on top of each other if you want the texture to be repeated.

All you need to do is mark seams where the uvs will be split during unwrapping (choose an edge loop that cannot be seen) and click on Unwrap Then straighten it like this and put on top of each other (they do not need to match, just be in the same place to project the same texture)

No, it has nothing to do with how the mesh is done, you are just missing a step. Pay attention to the sync button

Whatever you did, it was not right - switch to vertex select, select the edges loops along tips and along the whole rope; - Mark them as seams; - click Unwrap; - disable sync, enable snapping to vertices, streighten the edges of one face, select that face, press A to select everything, press space bar, type follow active quads; - now you can mark editional seams and split the uv island in the rectangulars
