Hi there, I have made my mesh and to me all looks good. I have done everything needed to try fix my problem but nothing is working. I've removed doubles, I have tried decimating less (but then it's still far too high poly). I have tried various vertex paint options as well. When I'm in game (CAS is perfect), my sim clips throught the skirt. It's supposed to be solid on the flat bit. The screenshot is her doing situps because when she moves like that it is the worst. Please have a look at my blend file and tell me where I have gone wrong I have tried other tutorials on here or other help posts but nothing has fixed it yet. Blender File

Hi. Everything the garment covers must be deleted. Also, do not use Decimate, the uvs are ripped. Just do not lower particle distance too much and model in quads

Thanks so much. It was the UVs. But nooow, the legs in game are really fat and disconnected from the feet in a way for LOD0. If I do the LOD 0 like a tutorial I have seen here then it changes the UVs and that happens again.

Could you please share the files using google disk or any alternative file hosting website because this one does not want to give me the files, it redirects to shady websites That said, i think you vertex painted the legs with 3fff00. They should be vertex painted with 00ff00 while the lower half of the skirt with 3fff00 Vertex paint dictates what variation (skin-tight and robe-like) of deformation maps the painted area will deform according to in CAS during body customization and animation. 00FF00 is for skint-tight areas, 3FFF00 is for any skirt-like area ( skirts, bottom parts of dresses, coats, aprons, etc). Start by choosing 00FF00 and Paint - Set vertex color 1). Disable Limit selection to visible; 2). Holding Ctrl, lasso-select the bottom part of the mesh starting somewhere in the middle of the pelvic bone; 3). Enable sync; 4). Press B and deselect legs; 5). Switch to Vertex paint and enable Face selection masking for painting; 6). Type in 3FFF00; 7). Paint - Set vertex colors; 8). Press A twice to deselect and select everything again, Paint - Smooth vertex colors

Thank you so much for the help. The legs'vertex was the issue for the clipping plus the UV needed more removed.
