I don't know what window that is. I went into my game and tried to find it but couldn't. Is that a custom window?
I tested some other windows with paintings on the sides, and I removed the window and kept the paintings. The blurriness occurred for me regardless of whether or not there was a window. I'm thinking it's the effect of the mipmaps. Do you know how objects have a high LOD mesh, medium LOD mesh, and sometimes a low LOD mesh, and how the game displays the lower LOD meshes when you move away from an object? Textures are like that, too. The game will display the largest texture when viewed up close, but as you pan away from the object, the game will switch to a smaller version of the same texture. Each texture that's displayed is one-half the size of the one that came before. So, for up-close viewing, you might see a 1024 X 1024 texture, but pan away and the game will switch to a 512 X 512 texture. Continue panning away and the game will switch to a 256 X 256 texture. This is what mipmaps are--progressively smaller textures. The game does this--switches to lower LOD meshes and smaller textures as you pan away--in order to prevent game lag. Does that make sense?
Another possibility is maybe your graphics settings. But, my settings are set as high as they will go and I had the same issue. If mipmaps aren't why you see blurriness then I'm not sure what's happening.

Hey, thanks for the reply. Well, no I am working on custom windows/doors. Anyway, I finally after hours of trial and error did resolve the problem. It was silly of me to have missed this, apparently I believed it wasn't causing the problem and left it to be done later. I hadn't properly tweaked the Shadow LODs. And no, this isn't a graphic issue, I was particularly talking how the light from the windows penetrated the glass panes and blurred the couch's tops near the centre of the image. Thank you for your time though! Appreciate it a lot.

I'm glad you got it working! Just as an FYI, if it's a custom content item you're having issues with it's always a good idea to share a screenshot (as you did) and share your blend and package file. That way, others can look at your work to see what's going on and others can test your file in their games.
