a) Link the item or items so that potential helpers can actually look at the files.
b) I'm not sure if that image is your screenshot or the creator's, but the image you included clearly shows the dress in the picture is an add-on swatch to the original EA item rather than a standalone item. Did you check for it as a swatch of the EA item?
