I converted a guitar from The Sims 3 to The Sims 4 and separated the stand from the guitar in blender. Everything looks good in blender and S4S but the game crashes as soon as I navigate to the category the guitar is located in Build/Buy. I can't figure out why.
I searched the forum and someone else had the exact same problem with a converted TS3 guitar they made except it would crash when placing the guitar instead of when selecting the music category. That post is 3 years old with no replies, though.

Bumping this as it's been a couple days and the post has slipped off the first page without any answers.

The only thing I can think of is a mesh issue, or if you touched something you weren't supposed to in the Warehouse, or something related to SimData if you modded it. Was this an EA guitar, or a CC item that was converted? If the poly count is too high it could cause issues. Also an empty dropshadow/cut in general will cause crashing I was told, so make sure there's at least something in any of the cuts you have. But other than that, I have no idea, sorry. ^^;

I've been making poses and some other CC for a while now but I'm still pretty new to editing meshes. Can you provide the package? Sure. Here's the link to the package: www.simfileshare.net/download/2520115/
