So, i want to do a flying hair, but i dont know if is possible to animate the mesh and then import for the game like imvu hairs.
i found that tutorial but i dont know if it works on sims game.

Personally I think that TS4 does not support moving individual vertices or a mesh. You may still need to add one or more bones and weight paint the mesh and animate it.

You said flying hair, did you mean a hair that moves on it's own and isn't based on the sims animations? If you want the hair to animate by itself, you won't be able to do it as a CAS item and should try an object instead, but will require modding. You could follow this tutorial and use an interaction to add it to sims, slot it to the head. Or did you mean it moves with the sims animations? Not without overriding every in-game animation like the current mod, and you can maybe override the breathing overlay/idle for the situations where sims aren't interacting for at least some minor animating. However, there is a new mod on LL called Real-Time Body Physics that doesn't override every animation apparently and might be able to do hair, you could try asking the creator to add it and maybe it will be possible.
