Hello, fellow Creators! I often make luxury sculptures and to make them realistic sometimes I price them even 100/200k §. Many people are complaining that this leads to a huge bills increase. They say that's because the object increases the value of the whole lot. I tried to check the "Decrease bills" tag in S4S but the taxes just lowered a bit. is there a way to make my objects not affect bills while keeping the high sale prices? Thanks in advance!

Sorry if I bump the thread but it's getting lost between the older ones without any reply. I really wish to fix this for my users, all I need is to understand if there's a way to "unlink" the item's price from the whole value of the lot, so it doesn't affect taxes.

I'm not aware of any objects that are unlinked from the taxes, but you might be able to make a custom tuning for your sculptures and add a custom state that at least increases this bills statistic: 235316<!--statistic_BBGameplayEffects_DecreaseBills-->. Wouldn't exactly solve it, just offset it like it does with the tag (but obviously make the number higher). The Eco Living items out there are the closest you get to examples of how it works, you'd be looking for lot_statistic_modifiers. Here's one object tuning as an example: object_PowerGenerator_GEN
