The package file has a toilet combined with a chair, but the blend file shows plants. What is it you need help with?

I tried laying out the uv map, but did not succeed. What I did was join the three meshes in one (the chair, the toilet and the bucket), but their textures overlap and when laying out the uv map a weird texture remains that when using in sims 4 studio it does not work

I haven't looked at your item extensively, but it looks like you were baking textures and not ambient occlusion (shadows). There's a way to bake the textures from an original object to one with a new UV layout, but I'm assuming that's not what you're trying to do. Here is how to bake shadows onto your mesh. Edit: Just looked at your blend. Your UV islands are all over the place and lying on top of one another. That won't work texture-wise. You can have UV islands share the same space if they share a texture--that is if you have parts of your mesh that are colored the same. The UV islands of parts that are colored the same can be on top of each other. That doesn't appear to be the case with yours. Your UV islands are everywhere and they are picking up parts of your texture they shouldn't be. There are object tutorials here that go over UV mapping. I would be a good idea to look at them. It would be a GREAT idea to follow a couple. This tutorial covers the relationship between textures and your UV layout.
