If you can't share your package you can just share your .blend. Or, if it's a texture problem, you can share your DDS or PNG. The main benefit of sharing a package file is so that someone can see what's going on in the warehouse section, or can see if you've replaced all your textures. Things like that. It's not always necessary to share the package file, however. But, it's best to do so if you can. Edit: I just looked at your image. Sometimes the best way to get a good bake is to increase the sample number--mine is set to 15. Another thing you can do, in addition to increasing the sample number, is to subdivide your mesh a couple of times. To do so, go into edit mode, press A to select your whole mesh, then W and choose "subdivide." Be sure to save your work first since you don't want to use a high-poly mesh in your final package. And don't subdivide too many times or Blender will lag like nuts. A couple of times is sufficient. Depending on the results, you may have to take your baked texture into Photoshop and use surface blur to smooth out the noise. Surface blur will blur the image but will not blur the edges of your image. I just noticed you're using the nodes system. I'm in the process of learning nodes so I'm super knowledgeable in that area. I think, however, at the very least, subdividing your mesh will result in a smoother bake simply because your mesh won't be so "blocky." I'm not sure if the sample number will affect things but I don't see why it wouldn't. Hope this helps.

To get rid of the noise you need to increase the samples number from 60 to 200 minimum. When I bake my textures I create the texture 4096x8192 and then size it down in photoshop after baking This way I get a clearer bake. You will never get a good quality texture if you bake it in default size. Also, learn about HDRI maps because they give the best reflections. And the last tip is to increase the margin between uv islands. They are too close now. Every element has to have some space around. Oh, and remove the second earring before baking the texture. Overlapping uvs cause the shadows.

There is a custom material that I've set up in 2.76, I don't use someone else's PBRs. You can find a lot of tutorials about how to do this. Some nodes are easier to make some are more difficult.
