Hi. You're not the only one with this issue. Recently there are a lot of bugs in game since Cottage Living introduced new plants and such. Right now there is no mod to fix the weed issue, as far as I know... Even the few plant mods out there don't fix the weed issue. You may want to save your money and wait until the Gurus fix this for free.
If you use mods make sure that they're all up-to-date. If you use any plant mods test again without them installed.
Also if you haven't done so yet, run a game repair through Origin. This might solve a few game problems.
Here are a few threads on the AHQ bug report site for the plants issue where you can post your plant problems, if you haven't done so already.

I know it's a bug and I posted in those threads, but I can't imagine a mod turning weeds and bugs off entirely is impossible or wouldn't stop them returning daily. :(

I have attempted to solve this myself. What I did was take each of the weed gardening states and each of the bug gardening states, and simply copied any information from "Mulched" and "Bug Free" to the other states, so that every single weed state was "Mulched" and every bug state was "Bug Free".
This does, in fact, prevent bugs and weeds from spawning.
It also makes it so when I water my plants they reset to dirt piles.
I don't know what I did wrong personally, but I think I'm on the right track, and submit this information as a starting point.

The reverting to dirt piles is indeed a game bug and not something you did wrong. The forums are full of reports about that. In my game they revert to dirt piles as soon as the rabbits come by to help weeding the plants. All in all, the whole gardening system/bugs got worse since Cottage Living and the Gurus are aware of it.
There is a great gardening controller mod created by the awesome Creator RAVASHEEN. It takes care of all your garden tasks like watering, fertilizing, pest control, and weeds. It's worth to check it out. Here is the link to her site. She also made a video explainging how to use it.

I changed the name of your thread. Offering money is forbidden on this forum.

This does in fact stop the weeds and bugs, thank god!!!! It doesn't fix the gardening bots, so they've got their own shitty problem, but at least I can maintain a large farm now without having to spend all day doing it. Holy poo im so happy i can actually play now
