Question about acceptable nudity for CC on forums

Hi, I've been making some recolors (paintings, shower curtains, etc.) with classical art on them, and some contain nudity. Something like this, but without the black boxes:




Should I make nudity blockers for posting here? Are pixellated sections OK (like they do on tv)?
