[SOLVED] How can I make feet invisible at s4s and TS4?

Judging by the image, it looks like all you're doing is hiding the feet in the rig in Blender. That doesn't really get rid of the feet. You're just temporarily making them invisible--which is something that comes in handy if parts of your mesh are covering something up and are in the way--but the feet are still there. Normally, you should delete body parts that are covered by your mesh. Don't delete any of the rig's body parts. Instead, select S4Studio_Mesh_1, edit mode, then delete with X any parts covered by the outfit. It's easier to delete mesh parts via the UV editor. I wrote up some instructions here for another project. Take a look at step # 13. Basically, enable Keep UV and Edit Mode Mesh Selection in Sync in the UV editor and make sure you're in face select in both the UV editor and in the 3D window. In the UV editor, select the faces you need to delete, put your cursor in the 3D window, X, then Faces. Disable Keep UV and Edit Mode Mesh Selection in Sync afterward.

You maaaaybe have to do something with ExcludePartFlags but I'm not sure of that.

Edit: Just now downloaded your package and tried to export the LOD 0. Oof. It's got a lot of polygons. More than 59,000! This looks like a Marvelous Designer mesh, and MD meshes are always way too high-poly. When you model in MD, model in quads and keep your particle distance as high as possible. If you have body parts that you know you'll delete in Blender don't worry if they clip through. For now, you can reduce the polycount using the decimate modifier but decimate ruins the topology. In this case, the topology is already a wreck thanks to MD. 

Edit 2: Sorry for all the edits. I do this all the time, unfortunately. It took forever for your mesh to export from Studio. It finally did though and I looked at it in Blender. You did, in fact, delete the body parts, so if the feet are still showing you'll have to exclude them using the ExcludePartsFlag. I don't know how to do this but I think I could figure it out pretty quickly if you don't get help from anyone else.  Never mind Edit 2. After researching, I'm not sure if excluding body parts is what you need to do. What I posted about MD and the polcount, yes, that's applicable to your situation.

I hate this high poly MD button, I love how they are, but they are irrationally heavy!! How can I use custom buttons in md? Has a way that I can add them to the program?

You're right, I've forgotten to change the color at vertex paint. I've converted this outfit so many times that I totally forgot it. Thanks!!

They were not tuned to hide feet, they just covered them entirely. If there is nothing in ExcludePartsFlag, then nothing is tuned to b hidden

Does it have the hood?

You can make your own custom ExcludePartFlags using this guide. It's a bit confusing but if I can figure it out, anyone can.

It looks like you used the short overalls for your second attempt. This one likely won't work because it doesn't have foot bones and you need foot bones. It doesn't look like there's anything other than the Monster PJs that's base game that you can use. There are items from expansion packs but then your downloaders would have to have that expansion pack to use your item. Let me see if I can put together an ExcludePartFlags hex code that won't hide the hair. Hang on.
