Hi. The reason is similar to the previous one but the problem is with the bones.
I'm not going to go into why and how this works but if your garment is affected by skirt bones, it should be imported in the package that is also affected by them. So clone DressPanels and import your blend file there

Probably no. When you clone a maxis item, s4s creates its duplicate. All data that makes the original item function in-game in specific ways is preserved, and there is more to it than just the shape of the item and its textures. There is this thing called SlotRaysinteractions, which dictates the arm position in-game ( as you might have noticed, arms do not clip into maxis puffy skirts), as well as how sims interact with other things, i think. There you'll find some data related to bones from the arm/lower body regions. Why this matters: you clone a swimsuit that is not affected by skirt bones, then you import a dress that is affected by them. By doing so, you introduce new bones that are not in this Geometry's SlotRaysinteractions. These severe distortions are how the game reacts to this missing data.
How to prevent this issue: always remember that you are REPLACING, not creating new from scratch. Clone whatever functions/is shaped like your garment.
What you need to do to fix this: - in s4s main menu choose Create 3d mesh under CAS, type "DressPanels in the search bar"; - clone it, name it, import your blend file in this package.

Should I clone with "Create 3D Mesh" option every time and every outfit? Do I need to use the "Create Cas Standalone" option?

cas standalone is generally for recolors, but if you will be replacing all textures and meshes, then there should be no difference. But, yeah, best to use clone 3d mesh( unless you're a mac user, they only have cas stanalone)
