Greetings, Sims 4 Studio community.
While converting hair models from Grand Theft Auto Online by following the necessary steps, I ran into this issue: Using simglass made my mesh look like this:![]()

I know that this tutorial (https://sims4studio.com/thread/3857/most-transparency-issues-alpha-glass) can help, but the problem is, 3ds max is too expensive and it could be a subscription, which is completely out of my budget. The steps reflected on it are exclusive to 3ds and I haven't seen a replication of that with other tools like blender; which from my experience, I'm not sure where to begin with separating my mesh and attempt to follow the steps provided. Are there any alternatives on fixing this issue?
