After I finish making a set of poses, how do I lock the blender file so that downloaders can't modify my poses?
Also, I used pose helper by kijiko to create poses, but is there a way I can convert it to look like the original avatar in blender? (the avatar looks different)

Hi. If I understood you right:
1). You cannot do anything to prevent people from modifying the package. S4S does not offer such feature because it is against EA licence agreement
2). If you want to replace the body, you need to append it from the exported blend file (from s4s). So if you want a sim to, say, wear a dress, export it from s4s, then open the file with the pose, File - append - the blend you exported- object - the meshgroup(s) of the dress

Kijiko Uses exactly the same avatar except for the custom skin. You can export the texture from the file exported with Studio and replace the texture in Kijiko's file. Other than that it's exactly the same rig and meshes.
