I was experimenting with increasing lot sizes (as shown here and here). I increased the size of the Fledermaus Bend lot in Forgotten Hollow from 30x30 to 40x30, but then decided to change it back to its original state. Then I transferred the lot I built on Fledermaus Bend to Tranquil Crescent (30x30) on Newcrest, and now the terrain in that area is all messed up. Even when I tried bulldozing the lot, flattening the terrain, adding different lots, etc, it's still messed up. Even when I start a new world, the lot is messed up! How do I fix this problem so that it's all back to normal?
Here's an image for reference (notice the gaps, uneven terrain, and floating trees and rocks):

I don't know if there's a fix, or not, but I can tell you it's best to make backups of vanilla files before making major changes to the game. This problem you're having is exactly why it's important to keep backups on hand. You might have to repair your game. Just to be safe, remove your custom content and your save files before repairing your game. I don't know if that's really necessary but it's what I'd do.

Hi. Check out this post. In short, that is normal. The terrain comes as a separate mesh with holes in places where lots exist. You would need to replace the terrain's mesh, i think

I fixed this by deleting some files. Thanks for your help!
