MC Command Center has a function for this: Swap Gender

"This will change the selected Sim to the opposite gender. It will not change any CAS Gender Settings or outfits."

If you have MC Command Center installed you can find it under MCCC > Sim Commands > Maintain Sim > Swap Gender

(Do not use "Swap Gender Complete" from the same menu, this option will change the gender settings, outfits etc.)
