Hi. Please always provide the blend and package files right away. There are a number of things that can cause it and we need to see the files to know which one is responsible for this

it's all of them. - the mesh is too dense, the denser it is, the worse it will work with morphs and weights transferred from a maxis mesh. You need to go back to zbrush and set the smaller value in zremesher or you could delete unnecessary loops manually; - i assume you subdivided the reference before transferring the data? Don't do it, just change the settings to nearest face interpolated Also, you should delete all area of the body covered by clothing

oh ok i didn't delete the body cause it's open on the chest area, and i did subdivided the reference so i need to make the data transfer without subdiving the reference and then i do the the weight transfer by following the 3 pictures you attached? (sorry for bothering you i'm trying my best to understand ) here's how i do the weight transfer i use nearest vertex i don't have all the options you have thank you so much

You do not need to use 2.7 for anything, delete it and work in the newer (2.76-2.79) version. Make sure the blender path in s4s settings leads to where the newer version is installed
