Yes, in the object tuning of the candle there are "states", look for something like this:
<U> <L n="client_states"> <U> <T n="key">239788<!--ObjectStateValue: Lighting_On--></T> <U n="value"> <V n="autonomy_modifiers" t="leave_unchanged" /> </U> </U> <U> <T n="key">239789<!--ObjectStateValue: Lighting_Off--></T> <U n="value"> <V n="autonomy_modifiers" t="apply_new_value" /> </U> </U> </L> <V n="default_value" t="reference"> <T n="reference">239789<!--ObjectStateValue: Lighting_Off--></T> </V> </U> Make sure the Off is the default value like seen here. If it already is the default and still lighting when placed in-game it might be because of auto-lights, that's the only reason I can think of. Or, actually double checking your title, do you mean just in build mode they keep lighting up? If that's what you meant I don't think so.

Yes I was hoping the state is off from the start when placing the lights from buy mode. It just doesn't make sense to me that the Holiday Candles are already lit up when placing them, then go back to live mode to extinguish them, just to light them up again for the holiday ceremonies haha anyways I thought as much but still thank your for replying
