The weights are fine. Clone yfBody_CocktailStrap again, export the blend and study it. You will see that there are three meshgroups: in the lower calf area, in the upper calf area, the rest of the body. The dress is split this way to properly interact with tall boots. Your dress must be split the same exact way, not the way it is right now. Each part must have a cut number that corresponds to the original it will replace. More about it here Another important thing, this cocktail dress is short. It does not reach the area where skirt bones take effect. Your skirt is long, it is affected by skirt bones. We always tell people to start a package and use a reference that are the closest to their own in length, this way you will not have to wonder. anyway, the solution: - select all 3 meshgroups, join them with Ctr J; - change the cut number to 0000; - clone DressPanels, import the blend there
