When I said "hutch" this is what I was referring to. It has three mesh groups: one for the floor shadow, one for the glass, and one for the hutch itself. The glass group has the shader you need for the horse's hair so you would give the horse's hair the same cut number as the hutch's glass mesh group. As for Transformbone. This is a weight--or bone or joint or vertex group. All of these terms are just different words that mean the same thing. A rig is a skeleton and is needed for animation. There are parts of the skeleton (the rig) just like there are parts of a human skeleton. These parts are often called bones...or weights, or joints or vertex groups. Everything in the game requires a rig. Even things that aren't animated require a rig. The items that are NOT animated need just one bone and that bone is transformbone. Your horse is not animated but it NEEDS a rig and it NEEDS the transformbone weight (bone, vertex group, joint). Your mesh MUST have the transformbone weight assigned to it. That's why you were seeing that error.

You know if this is just a decor object it shouldn't be hard to make. 1. Clone the hutch and export all of its LODs. 2. Export all of the horse's LODs. 3. Open the horse's LOD 0 in Blender. Delete the rig and all of its contents. The rig is in the outliner in the upper right corner. Just right-click "rig" and choose delete. Delete everything except your horse's mesh. 4. Resize the horse mesh and position it so it's standing on the floor. 5. Separate the hair from the horse's body (select the hair, edit mode, select the hair's polygons, P to separate). You will have two mesh groups: the horse's body and the horse's hair. 6. Save your blend. 7. Repeat steps 3-6 for the other horse LODs. **Note** there is an addon that will let you make the exact same edit to each LOD at the same time, but I haven't used it myself. 8. Open the hutch's LOD 0. 9. Append the horse's LOD 0 that you just edited: File > Append > navigate to your file > Object > hold shift and select the two meshes (they will be called "s4studio_mesh_something" > Append from Library. 10. If an extra rig gets imported delete it as you did in step 3. 11. If a bone_bone_shape gets imported delete it the same way you did in step 3. 12. Select one of the flat planes that is for the floor shadow. 13. Delete it by pressing X. 14. Chuck the cut number of this flat plane. It should be 1. If it isn't give it a cut number of 1. 15. Select the flat plane that's left, edit mode, delete everything except for one polygon. (as shown in Mauvemorn's video). 16. Use S to scale the polygon very tiny. (as shown in Mauvemorn's video). 17. Use G and move the tiny polygon inside the horse's body. (as shown in Mauvemorn's video). 18. Now, the flat plane is still in your file, which will keep Studio happy, but it won't be seen. 19. If you have to, hold shift and select the horse's body and hair and move the meshes using G so that they are centered over the hutch. 20. Take note of the hutch body's cut number. It is 0. 21. Give your horse's body a cut number of 0. 22. Delete the hutch body by pressing X. 23. Take note of the hutch's glass mesh's cut number. It is 2. 24. Give the horse's hair a cut number of 2. 25. Delete the hutch's glass mesh with X. 26. You should have in your scene the hidden floor shadow mesh, the horse's body, the horse's hair, and a rig. Save your blend file. This is your LOD 0. 26. Repeat steps 9-25 for the other LODs. Take a look at this tutorial starting from step 8. Please note that in that tutorial the item replacing the books is in OBJ form. Your mesh will not be in OBJ form; it will be a .blend file. You'll have to append it to get it into Blender.

Hii Fwecka (Lolabellesims) I don't know what I'm doing wrong all the time, but it still doesn't work. See video, I'm doing everything you tell me to do right, and it still gives the same error OR an error message from the transformbone. I just don't understand what to do when I [think] I'm doing everything right. VIDEO: www.simfileshare.net/download/2867647/Edit: I know my mesh needs the transformbone, but when I put it in it gives an error that myThat's at the Mesh 0.001, so the whole horse '' Your Mesh has a vertex group Transformbone that is NOT part of the mesh that you are replacing '' ?!

In my video, when i do Object - Clean - Scale, the horse resizes. In your case this does not happen because the scale is already applied. The second time you do it, you do Object - Apply - Scale. My guess is that you applied the scale before by accident, so now the cleaning does not work. Just so we're clear that you understand what these things do. When you resize the mesh in object mode, its scale values change. If you will do Clean - Scale, the values will go back to 1 and your mesh will go back to its original size. If you will do Apply - Scale, the current size of the mesh will become permanent, the horse will not change its size but the value will. This is what you normally do to make blender recognize the change in size, but s4s does not recognize it, so we always modify the mesh in Edit mode.
That said, now you're getting the first error again, not the transformbone one. you mesh does not need anything else. The shadow mesh does not and should not have that bone. The horse and the hair should and they already do. Do it like this: clone the hutch again and try importing this blend file. If you will get an error, show us which one. If not, the problem was related to scaling in object mode and applying

Hii mauvemornIt's true that I did it a bit wrong in the video, then I did it 'right' again, unfortunately the same error. Now I had downloaded your file and put it in the s4, also now I get an error. See photo of the result when I try to upload your file in s4. www.simfileshare.net/download/2867694/

Try cloning the hutch again and naming your package file "horse", no spaces or symbols, just "horse". Some symbols in names cause problems, i don't know if [] are one of them. This is the only difference between your and my file that i can think of.

See the video here,Part 1; I'll take the Hutch and your file as a test.
Part 2; I take the Hutch and my own made file.
part 3; At the end of the video, I sort of explain. That file ''regular'', has no shadow, so no mesh 2.Only the Cut Number; 0 and 1Unfortunately it does, I often didn't get an error message either. www.simfileshare.net/download/2867714/ Edit:
after my video
I have created a new package with ''horse'' normal, unfortunately that doesn't work either.

hmmm, ok, one last thing, clone any mesh, export the blend in the same exact location horse blends are, then re-import it again without modifying. I know that you had no problems with other files before, but want to rule out the location of blends

Here's the video, as you can see it does it without any problems. ''So he only does this with the horses, with the other mesh I can just change everything. ''
''In the video you can see that I do nothing else. Even when I make it smaller, it just does it.'' The Video; www.simfileshare.net/download/2868235/But does the horse do it with you s4?

Too bad!
Unfortunately I need more than just this horse, the others unfortunately did not work out well and all do not work anymore.
PS 1 ; If I put your horse back in, it also refuses in my S4.
PS 2 ; When I change my settings to the same folder, ''Sims 4 Path'' gives the same error. ?!
I also completely removed my S4 and reinstalled it, unfortunately that didn't help either.
Too bad there is no solution, at least we don't know what exactly is going on.
Edit: Which blender version do you use? maybe i should update my blender?

Try 2.76, it works for everyone. You can also try 2.79, which is the last version s4s supports

You need to change the blender path is s4s settings to 2.76 or 2.79, then s4s will put a plugin in them. Then you need to restart blender if it was opened
