since I have to work with blender 2.7 due to the fact that sims 4 studio does not support older versions, I have a question
can i select two bones of different models at the same time?
i want to create pose or animation with two models, for example
for example, in blender 3.0 (and earlier versions), I can select bones of different models by holding down the shift key and work with them at the same time
for example this screenshot. I used the shift to select the neck bone in both models at the same time, and I can rotate both heads at the same time
screenshot (dunno how to attach it to this post) -
ibb.co/tBLTxd4can i somehow do that in blender 2.7?
I did a Google search for the error you're getting and a traceback call error happens when the software suddenly hits a brick wall and then can't continue its operations. The error you're getting says "no module named sims4studio" which makes me think the sims4studio folder may be missing. In Blender's AppData folder there should be a folder named "sims4studio." Inside it should be a folder named "animation" and inside that there should be a folder named "_pycache_" along with three .py files. So the file path would be C:\users\your name\AppData\roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\blender version you're using\scripts\addons\Sims4Studio\animation. Are you missing the sims4studio folder?
Another thing is the first file path mentioned in the error message. It shows C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\
Blender 2.7a\2.70\scripts\modules\addon_utils_py Mine is C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.78\scripts\modules\addon_utils_py so you can see it's different. I put in bold the part that's different. You might want to doublecheck that file path to see if addon_utils_py is located where it should be.
