Make sure each part of the body has an armature modifier with a rig assigned to it (ignore the circled area, the rig in the drop down menu is the focus). This, however, is how things should be by default, so if the aforementioned thing won’t work, share the blend google please

the body parts under the rig are parented, therefore you do not see them in the list unless you unfold the rig. However, it does not matter whether your outfit is parented to the rig or not.
Select StephanieSanchez, click on the Modifiers tab (wrench icon), click on Add modifier, choose Armature, choose rig in the drop down menu
if the body will not follow the rig, you need to transfer weights first. But this should be covered in the tutorial

Share the blend file please If you have a gmail account, upload it on google drive. 2). Click on New, choose File upload, choose your blend; 3). RMB-click on the uploaded folder and choose Share. There click on Change first, then on Copy link
if do not have a gmail acc, drop them on mediafire

Your mesh is not rigged while the first author's is. Go back to the exporting from ninja ripper part of the video and make sure you clicked on the right things. If you did and the mesh is still not rigged: - clone a swimsuit and export the blend, open it in blender 3; - unfold rig, select feet, ctrl click on head_2, then on all s4studio_mesh_, make all selectable( click on the cursor icon once, then again), press ctrl j in 3d view; - save the file. Open a new scene, import your dae file, then File - Append, find the exported swimsuit blend, choose Object, then the joined meshgroup, append; - select the appended meshgroup, shift-select the imported sim, switch to weight paint, choose Transfer weights, then set everything like in the pic; - add an armature modifier, choose the rig, now you can move it
