I am trying to build a large vampire mansion in the forgotten hollow world. I used Sims4Studio to increase the lot size of Wolfsbane Manor from 30x30 to 64x64 and did this successfully.
But, to my dismay, I cannot seem to remove the forest or any element of the forest that persists on the land which my newly expanded lot has absorbed. There are many trees covering the lot now, and I have tried a few known methods to delete them. First, I tried to use SHIFT+CTRL+C, then 'testingcheats true', then SHIFT+CTRL+LEFT-CLICK to delete the trees. But, it appears that the trees are of a different sort of object that cannot be interacted with in live mode or build mode, due to the cursor becoming a cursor with a red-crossed circle on it when I try to select the trees for deletion. Second, I tried to bulldoze the lot, but the trees did not disappear.
Third, I downloaded and installed Arnie's World Edit Mode to try and delete this forest using his scenery remove brush, but nothing appears to happen. fourth, I tried using 'bb.moveobjects' to be able to shift+click the object and select delete, but this was unsuccessful.
I am hoping there is a way to use Sims4Studio to identify the forest object that the trees belong to in the world data file and delete them, but I don't know where to start with that as I'm not very used to navigating the world data files. I'm hoping that someone here has some direction for this topic, I'm sure it's been done before and I'm overlooking something. Any help is appreciated.

I'm not sure it has been done before. I do know that it would require making a default replacement of whatever files you would need to edit. The person that may be best to ask would be twistedMexi as they are deep into the development of a CAW tool that will eventually allow players to create their own worlds to use in game. As a note, even if you had been successful in removing the trees whilst in-game, they would have reappeared the next time you loaded the Lot as the world objects are refreshed each time a zone is loaded. I know since I tried to delete some monkey bars from Newcrest using twistedMexi's TOOL mod once.

I see, thank you for your feedback. I'm wondering if I may have executed my previous attempts incorrectly... I have MCC installed if that makes any difference.

As I say, you cannot permanently delete World objects from within the game. Unless you edit the World files that the game loads, the objects will always reappear the next time the area that contained them is loaded.

these objects exist in the same place as lots. In this picture the person is choosing the first objectmanager which contains lots but you need to choose the second one. There you will see random world objects and their coordinates. Finding the right one will be difficult though. I do not know if there is a way of finding the name of those trees (maybe you could select them with t.o.o.l and see the name?) while in the game but I know that t.o.o.l allows you to determine coordinates, so maybe you could use it to at least get an idea where in space those trees are.

I wasn't aware of that tool, that sounds very useful. I've been digging through those files and have managed to pinpoint those trees simply by trial and error and it has been awful, but I'm making progress. I will try that tool out! Thank you.
