Hi. You need to delete the sleeves and replace them with arms. Any frankenmeshing tutorial should cover how to do this. For the future, please always provide the blend and package files so that we would be able to determine what is wrong with it.

Join the arms with the rest of the mesh and make sure the cut number is 0000 and the type is GEOM. For the future, we do not need the steps, only the files (both package and blend files)

- select s4studio_mesh_1.001, in edit mode disable Limit selection to visible. Holding Ctrl, click and drag to select more arms covered by the sleeves. Press Delete, choose Vertices - in the outliner Shift-select s4studio_mesh_1, press Ctrl J to join them, save, re-import

Select one mesh, shift select the other, press Ctrl J. You should watch a tutorial on mesh editing because you are only making it harder for yourself by jumping into it without knowing where to click
