First time posting so I'm not really sure if this is where I'm supposed to ask this question but my cc is showing up weird once in game but looks fine in s4s and in blender. I transferred weights and tweaked the uv map. idk what else I should do...However the craziest thing is that it looks worse every time I pull it up in game. When I first made it (I have screenshots) it looked fine. What could've happened? link

Edit your topology. Your mesh has a lot of extra faces and edges. Your item needs vertex colors, not weights. Also, split sharp edges and clean up your specular map. It should be blank, I guess?

Is there a thread on here that shows me how to do those things? I'm fairly new to blender.

Hi. Please do not create a new thread for the same question. If you receive no clarification, try googling the combination of words the person suggested first. First, turn off auto smooth if it is enabled to see how the mesh is really shaded. To split sharp edges, you need to add Edge split modifier. In it you adjust the angle to make sure only the edge loops you need are split. How to make blank maps is explained here sims4studio.com/thread/1079/get-eas-bump-specular-maps
