it does not come with the texture. It is the same as with the collar and caused by the same thing: how the mesh is uv unwrapped vs the size of the texture the area projects. One pixel can display only one color. The uvs of this area are very small and project a very thin line of texture that gets blurred because of how small it is. If you want to avoid it, you need to make sure that the uvs and the texture are bigger. If you will separate the pocket like this and thicken the uvs of the area that connect it to the rest of the pants, this will look better
