I just can't find them within Sims 4 Studio. If anybody knows where i can find them would be grateful.

Hi. Not sure what to look for in the game files, but s4s does not really offer a way of modifying presets and sliders. Try using s4 morph maker, which is meant specifically for this

If you do not care about the shape of the body, make a male sim but change the frame to feminine in CAS.
If you want a female facial preset on the masculine frame, you could try making a custom male preset by importing the default female face(need to adjust the neck) in s4 morph maker. You can find tutorials on YouTube or modthesims.
Trying to change this through coding would be difficult, if possible at all.
