SOLUTION: repair your game
So I just updated to the newest version of S4S and I keep getting this error message:

I have added an exception to my anti-virus already and made sure that all the paths were configured correctly, so I'm not sure what to do next. The last version I had worked just fine. Is there anyway to go back to an older version? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!
