I have no idea how to explain this, so I'll do my best. I finally completed a mesh using Blender 2.9 and this genius add-on Jewelcraft. Now back in Blender 2.7 and older versions. I have to make the UV, of course. Comparing UV's with some of my favorite jewelry artists such as Natalis, Glitterberry etc. They make UV's that has only 1 stone UV drawn. While I look at mine (using project from view while unwrapping) I get multiple stones too tinitiny that I really cannot texture them (it's way too small). I had this struggle with jewelry using more than 1 gemstone though
How do I get a clean UV like below? That colors all stones at once.

Hi. It is meant to be done like this: you create a 3d model, unwrap it, then duplicate the model. Then their uvs will be exactly the same in the same place. Instead of redoing everything, you can put similar uv islands on top of each other

Wait, you can just put them on top of each other? I thought that If I would do that, it would cause problems 😅 Thanks a bunch! This would save me a lot of trouble (and time)!☺️

yes if they are meant to project the same exact texture Yeah diamond hearts and the balls will be pearls. 😊 I do have one more question, if you do not mind. Some spheres are attached to the hearts , most were separated. But some are attached to a heart with 1 or few more verticles. How do I separate them or something? Even if the whole ball if selected, they are still connected. I got this issue with 3 hearts, the rest were all apart from each other.
