How to make clear plastic wrapper object

Hi, I'm trying to make a bouquet of flowers with plastic wrapped around it....but I cant find any forums or videos showing how to make clear plastic objects that will show up in ts4. I want the flowers to be able to be seen under the plastic. Is this even possible? I haven't seen it be done with objects. Here's an example of what type of plastic I'm trying to make. Thanks!
