You have already done that before. Remove doubles

Thank you mauvemorn. Now the dress looks ok. I made and the shadow map. shadowmap I tested it in game and it looks good. But there is a problem with sleeves: The sleeves looks cutted and when the sims moves her hands alters. and how can I correct this area at sleeves to look more realistic ? Please can you tell me which weights I must correct? Here is the dress blender file : files.fm/u/fx2vwrzch#/view/ahtmpvrhf and package file: files.fm/u/fx2vwrzch#/view/46fxvcd38And the skythe: In CAS looks ok ,but when sim moves her hands appear like this: The same happens and in game: Do you know how can I fix this? Here is the skythe package file: files.fm/u/fx2vwrzch#/view/8b7pyw76b

They are not cut, they just clip onto themselves. This is a weight issue that you can fix the same way as with armpits.
In CAS the sim is not holding a skythe, she is just standing in a pose that looks like she is holding it. Once the pose changes, the illusion disappears. If you want the sim to actually hold it, you need to make a pose. If you’re going to make poses, assign the skythe to b__R_Stigmata to have more freedom

The sleeves that loose should not be affected by finger bones. Don't know about hand bones, but you can remove them as well at first. Just select the mesh like in the pic, assign it to b__L_ForearmTwist__ to the max, then use Normalize all. Do the same for another arm with b__R_ForearmTwist__ Also, you should use Limit total because some vertices are affected by more than 4 bones As for the skythe, there is once again no alpha channel/transparency mask. I think you need to make this texture rectangular.

The map must be of the specific size. I dont know of what size the bracelet's emission map is meant to be, but you could try making it the same as diffuse first
And again, there is no alpha channel/transparency mask. You are meant to be saving the dds file as bc3 (or dxt5 in older versions). If it does not work for you, just use png with the transparency mask

Thank you for the help again, mauvemorn. Now it worked. I fixed the shadow map of the dress: Please can you tell me if the dress is now ok or I must correct anything else? Here is the dress package file: files.fm/u/ppf9zazhj#/view/yb8t73d9t and blender file: files.fm/u/ppf9zazhj#/view/4fqte2nnrFor the skythe: I used an amission map 1024X2048 foe the skythe. The skythe is glowing in CAS but is appearing some weird spots: I have no idea what I did wrong. Please can you help me fix them? Here is the skythe package file files.fm/u/ppf9zazhj#/view/4v4awj66h and blender file: files.fm/u/ppf9zazhj#/view/dch48fscpAnd I want to ask you if there is a possibility to replace the GRim Reaper's skythe with that. If yes, what steps I must follow?

The skythe's emission has no alpha. Try adding thicker margins to the texture

Hello mauvemorn. Sorry I was too late to answer. I made the emission map 1024X2048 and now the skythe shining. But I have these problems in cas : link link1 link2 the skythe appears broken in the cyrcled area. I remove doubles, recalculate them , make new faces but I have no idea how to fix it. I think about the edge split but I'm not sure. Please can you help me fix it? Here is skythe's bender file : files.fm/u/ej7myf9w9#/view/8cvfh566u ( I work this blender file because here I redone and the steak) and package file: files.fm/u/ej7myf9w9#/view/zzy35x372

The mesh was modelled the wrong way and recalculating normals made it worse. You should just remodel that piece, it will be faster than trying to fix it

It is not split along sharp edges, you can see the difference right in blender when it is and is not split
