Hello. Box appears fine in s4s but strange in game. Not sure why it's doing that. Blend file attached here (simsfileshare).

Hi. Object making is not my area of knowledge but you seem to still have old maps in the warehouse. In live mode the object seems to have gaps along the borders of uv islands which usually is caused by margins being too small. If your object is meant to be opaque, it is best to not have transparent background. And please always provide the blend file as well so that we would be able to see what the mesh was like before import. Did you split sharp edges?
Also, for the future, you should not rely on the smart uv unwrap feature. It creates too many uv islands. Remember that s4s will split the mesh along the borders of uv islands upon import thus creating a lot more vertices than needed. You should check an unwrapping video Here's an example of what i mean

1. Warehouse > Model LOD 00000000 > Data > Meshes — Edit Items > Material, Items — Edit Items (first on the list).
2. Find the UVScales property.
3. Insert 0 in the bottom two fields.
4. Repeat this for the medium LOD as well.

qolygonal It worked! Thank you so much! mauvemorn Thank you for including an example. I got confused how to unwrap it manually so used the smart feature. I'll use the sample for future analysis. )
