Although I didn't tick the "triangulate all faces" option,
but all of the faces get triangulate.
How to just keep the topology as is when exporting obj in Blender 2.79?

I've just checked that and the mesh was not triangulated. Do you have the triangulate modifier in the stack? Where are you opening the exported mesh?

No triangulate modifier.
I opened the exported mesh obj on Meshlab software.

Try looking at meshlab import settings
