Check your shadow meshes. They must match their main meshes.

Okay, so I think I figured it out! I didn't realize I had to export the shadow mesh from the original and import. I was using the lod blend file for both lod and shadow.

It's the cut numbers. Shadow meshes have no shadow planes, and often combine multiple cuts into one (in this case, the counter & countertop).

Thanks! The cut numbers were also part of the issue. All of the mesh needed to be into the same cut number as you said. That must be why the counter top kept getting left out.
