So, I'm frankenmeshing for the first time. I have a little experience with Blender but am new to making cc. I'm trying to make a partially shaved hairstyle. I thought I could cobble it together by following tutorials, but I'm having trouble with the shaved part. It seems like the shaved hairstyles' meshes are only one polygon, and are instead just a texture on top of the head. When I tried to import one into Blender, the polygon is there but I can't figure out how to get the texture to show up on the head, either in Blender or imported back into S4S. I have the texture .png, I just have no idea what to do with it.
I'm in Blender 2.7 and S4S 3.1.5.7.
It's very possible that there's a simple answer to this, but I can't find it online so I'm reaching out here. Thanks in advance.

Hi. You can add it as a second texture in the texture tab of the head. - Make the head (called “head_2” if it’s a feminine frame and “head” if any other) selectable (cursor icon); - in Texture tab select a new slot and click on New. Then you will see Open button appear, import the shaved texture there

Thank you SO MUCH! I followed your steps and I can see the texture as that line down the side of her shoulder. I'm not sure what I've done wrong, but I'm happy with this forward progress, lol. I took a screenshot, so if you or someone else can spot the problem, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks for your help so far.

That’s strange, could you please share the blend file (and probably the texture, it may not be included)
