I am familiar with using maya to create animations. I want to convert maya files to blender files and import them into sims4studio. Is that possible?

Mmmm... I could not open the fbx file in maya. Maybe blender 7.9 is the reason for the older version...

fbx works in Maya. Are you importing it? What happens when you do?

fbx works in Maya. Are you importing it? What happens when you I used sims4studio and exported the EA animation I exported that animation to a FBX file in blender 2.79 However, when I try to open that FBX file in MAYA2022, it does not recognize that format.

Are you opening the fbx file or import it? You are meant to import it. If you can’t, make sure the fbx plugin is enabled

Select only the body parts that you need and the rig. Then enable “Selection only” in the export menu

Select only the body parts that you need and the rig. Then enable “Selection only” in the export menu I selected rig from outliner and exported In doing so, I enabled the SELECTION ONLY. But oh, sorry. The upper half of rig is still vanishing. I don't know the cause.

imgur.com/Yqz0W5ZIn MAYA, a camera named "TOP" is placed by default. This is due to the fact that the name "TOP" is the same as the name of the upper body. This problem was solved by renaming the camera. I am very grateful. But as you can see in the image, rig is now a simple object and the control manipulator is missing. Do I need to place the manipulator myself and do the riging?

To be honest, I do not know much about rigging in Maya, but there is a person in our community, pixipui , who does and has a LOT of great tutorials! You can check the YouTube channel to see if there is an answer in any video already
